The location provides a great venue to meet with the local community as well as tourists to the area promoting the skills, talents and passions of local people.
Here are just some of the talents we’ve seen on show so far:
Handmade Crafts including pottery, ceramics crafting, woodworking, carpentry displays, jewellery making, and textiles including knitting, crocheting and embroidery
Music & Performance Arts including poetry readings, spoken word performances, as well as traditional dance and folk music
Live Art Demonstrations
Craft Workshops including painting, pottery, calligraphy, soap-making and candle-making workshops
Photography Exhibits
Textile Arts including weaving, spinning, and tapestry demonstrations, quilting and Upcycled Art and Craft creating art from recycled materials to promote sustainability
